The personal files of Jeanne Ethel Hyde Brent Allen, sister of Glen Hyde. The first portion of the collection consists of Jeanne's account of Glen and Bessie's trip, a scrapbook of newspaper clippings and photographs, Bessie's poetry book, and a sketch of Glen. The remainder of the collection (Series II-IV) consists of the personal material of Jeanne Hyde including her writings, correspondence with publishers, and personal memorabilia. Of particular note is Jeanne's account of her 1926 trip down the Snake and Salmon Rivers.
